These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Bushlife Media and its clients regarding services, bookings, and use of content. By engaging with Bushlife Media, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Bushlife Media provides photography, videography, and content creation services as agreed upon before the start of any project. All deliverables, timelines, and requirements will be clearly defined in advance.

2. Booking & Payments

A deposit may be required to confirm bookings. Full payment terms, including deadlines and methods, will be agreed upon prior to the project. Work may not begin until the initial payment is received.

3. Cancellations & Changes

Clients must provide notice for any cancellations or changes. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing and nature of the project. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Delivery of Work

Final images and videos will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the scope of the project. Bushlife Media is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

5. Usage Rights

Bushlife Media retains the rights to all created content unless otherwise agreed. Clients are granted usage rights based on the agreed terms. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution without permission is not allowed.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, access to locations, and any necessary permissions required for filming or photography.

7. Liability

Bushlife Media is not liable for circumstances beyond control, including weather conditions, wildlife behavior, travel disruptions, or access limitations that may affect the project.

8. Creative Control

Bushlife Media maintains creative control over the final output to ensure quality and consistency with its style and standards.

9. Travel & Expenses

For projects outside the base location, additional costs such as travel, accommodation, and permits may apply. These will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

10. Agreement

By booking or using services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
